What blade do you play now and what's wrong with it?
Soft blade on soft rubber may be mushy, so that's why it's probably better to use a medium or hard blade.

I would choose the blade first. After that I can look for the rubber. In general it is cheaper to change the rubber than changing the blade.

You can.  Roundell Soft is a fine rubber.  I would still choose a blade that is adaptable to a large variety of rubbers.  I am very partial to Xiom Zetro Quad.  It has great build quality, nice thick Hinoki outer plies, and that makes it very condusive to playing Chinese/Japanese/German rubbers.  It's fast yet still has decent flex which makes it great for looping and over the table play.
