which is better tenergy 05 or tenergy 25???
I play close to the table and am an alround player
I looked on the butterfly website but I would trust the forum better

I would recommend T25 FX, if you are allround player and not looking for power. 25FX has more catapult effect, so I would think about 1.9mm for allround player. It depends on your blade,though. But even T25 with 1.9mm sponge is very good allround rubber. It depends on what you prefer ;) I also know someone with T05 2.1, who plays close to the table and it works for him very well.

T25 is really good for close to play. Looping off the bounce, touch shots, smashing and blocking are all excellent.
T64 is also very good for close to table play it does all the bove equally wel except the feel is softer.

T64 is good in control, but if u a play some mid range attack which i do. then it will lack a bit of power (too much control)

T05 all the way, it rocks for openers close to table and for away from table counterlooping.

I guess all tenergies can be used effectively close the table. I have only tried 64 and 25 though.
