Just wondering if all the blades in the ZLC line have the same handle. I looked at the spec sheet from butterfly and they all seem to have a measurement within 1mm. Coming from a Sardius, i feel the IFZLC handle is too thin. The blade I got was also a bit light for my taste. Using the same rubbers and the blade didnt feel nearly as hard to me as my sardius was. Feels mushy and i really dont like it. I've been trying to trade someone on the board for a Mizuani Jun cause its supposed to be heavier to start and hoping the 5 ply vs. the 7 ply in the IFZLC & TBZLC is more like my Sardius in terms of hardness with the added benefit of the zylon fiber giving me some added control. Thoughts?

Innerforce concept offers softer ball feel (it's even written on the blade face) since the composite layer is next to the core. Therefore it's quite normal that it feels much softer and mushy compared to Sardius (which by the wa is one of the most powerful Butterfly blades ever.) Sardius is an extreme example so I don't think you'll easily like any of the recent more dwelly composite. You'll need some time for the transition. BTW I agree that IFZLC has a thin handle..

My thoughts exactly. I understand there will be a learning curve to any new blade but this is so far from what I'm used to its unbearable ya know. I could tape the handle, but that's not going to make it heavier and it will still feel squishy. I could just get another sardius but I'm thinking the Mizutani is a 5 ply with the composite closer to the surface so it should feel a little harder. I know I can find a 93 or 94g blade. But is the handle still gonna be uncomfortable?
