I want with Tenergy 05 2.1mm but I am thinking change to 1.9mm.
Is  most controlable? much?

I want sacrifice a little speed and get more control.
Is proportional control obtained with the speed you lose with the transition of 2.1mm to 1.9mm?

thanks!

I think the answer is yes.
I used both and 1.9 have better control than 2.1.

It depends on what you want.  With 1.9, you're hitting into the blade faster, and depending on what type of blade you have, that could affect the control.  But in terms of control and spin, the thicker the rubber, the more dwell time you will have, meaning more spin and arc.  If you move to 1.9, then you're trajectory will flatten a bit and your speed will increase.  Not sure if that's what you're trying to achieve..

If you want more control, perhaps change to a softer/slower blade, maybe a 5 ply.

The Clipper OC CR is a good blade if you're trying to step down from Carbon blades.  Because of its UV treatment on the outer layers, it gives a stiffer feel along with the feeling of all wood.  Unfortunately, they don't make it anymore.

Joola makes a version of the Clipper:

The Joola Viva

Its pretty cheap too, compared to the rising prices of Clippers nowadays.  The Viva is only $55

That might feel really good. I used acoustic with Max and it almost feels like a toy. 1.9 might give you better feeling
