To get the absolute best out of a rubber like H3 you have to have a good touch, a fast arm swing speed and utilization of the long arm stroke. But with euro technique you can produce loads of spin by just brushing on a swing. Speed doesn't matter much until you get to about USATT 1400...Thats when you have to have good ballspeed to get better results against better players, and thats how you improve. Slower rubbers will help you in many ways...1) they will help your short game 2) they will help you develop stroke and 3) they will help you develop tactics.

in your development process you will eventually find the following problems with fh chinese.
1- a very big difference in speed between fh and bh which becomes uncomfortable and could cause errors
2- poor performance when looping far from table
3- less error margin

Well..... I havent really seen any problems yet. I loop away from the table pretty well. my forehand and backhand are about the same speed (maybe my bh is slightly faster than my fh but definitely not as spinny.) but who knows, you did say "eventually"....   :)

the fact that your rubber says made in china doesn't mean it is a "chinese style rubber"

I don't see why I could be offended.
typical chinese rubbers are slow and dead.
that's what I had in mind when I made my comment.
