Hey dudes! I´ve been using TA on my BH lately, and i was  quite satisfied with it. However, sponge is VERY fragile and it tears off easily. I´m thinking new Shark2 as a replacement.

Do you think Shark2 fits as a BH rubber? How´s speed/spin and control compared to TA? IMO, TA was a very well balanced  and linear rubber. I´m looking for something with enough punch and spin.  What do you think about it?

Unfortunately, I can't compare Shark II with TinArc (since I haven't used TinArc).

But I do think Shark II is a great backhand rubber with plenty of spin and power. On 2 of the 3 sheets I've had, they've gotten a little tear in the topsheet at the edge, but it didn't become worse (it happened shortly after gluing with rubber cement and touching the table during a push, so it was probably extra fragile at those moments). I've transferred and reglued my orginal sheet of Shark II many times and would rate the overal durability as excellent (probably 5 or 6 blades and at least 10 regluings over the course of a few months I would guess).

my only problem with shark II is not trusting the hardness rating from sheet to sheet
