I've heard Xiom Vega Asia is a fast rubber and i also heard that Xiom rubbers are durable ;)

That makes sense, as counter-looping puts the greatest amount of strain on the topsheet to sponge bond.

both europe and elite should be soft enough for your need, but i have to say Elite is easier to control than Europe. |

in terms of weight i cannot confirm because i do not weigh my equipment. elite is better for playing closer to the table, short game is very easy with it and looping is a breeze and controllable with plenty of spin but not very fast but it's not a problem since you can concentrate more on placement over speed. one thing i am not sure about is its durability.... my vega pro lasted better than europe due to the 100% rubber top sheet. the europe last me about 5 months with 12 hours a week play time = 250hr + . it was truly dead by the time i changed it and i was using it as BH so not as much use as the pro on my FH.

I just got the elite rubber and realised ita not the black carbo sponge. Can anyone verify if its so? Thank.

yup it's a cream colour sponge. softer than the carbo sponge
