My a little over a month H3 NEO is the same way. Did you boost yours?

Wow. Thats pretty fast for a month plus rubber! I did regluing using haifu penguin glue like once a month.
So like 4-5 times its pretty unplayable.

Did you tuned your H3neo?

2 layers of Falco long lasting. It's 39 degrees to begin with. I play 3xweek, around 8-10 hours with more than half of that spent doing repetition drills (multi ball, simulated attacks etc). It's not really unplayable. It's just different from when it started.

As long as you're used to chinese tacky rubbers and the proper technique they require, you'll love the H3 Neo even if it's just commercial and un tuned. But if your shots are half-hearted (not full strokes), or you're used to euro/jap tensors and don't want to get used to harder chinese tacky rubbers, then no matter how much you boost it, you'll only get frustrated.

I've tried several Provincial. I've tried Nitakku versions as well.

Boosting and a 12-15 hrs of use, they all feel the same to me. Quality wise, I've never experienced any bubbling that I remember.
