I apologize for the camera angle - best I could do at the time.

I love the way the girl gets down and stays down. I always start in the right position and with each shot I stand up taller and taller . . . not good.

I don't know who this young man is... but he's my hero!
Much kudos for his perseverance in playing.

PS: they both would probably kick my butt.

Hmm, the girl looks like Daphne Dok, short pips shakehands, University of Arizona freshman.
Difficult to see from the very unclear video though.

If so, she came to play at my house a couple of weeks ago for the first time.
I don't know her exact rating but I guess from the video and from
what I remember from my match with her, she is around the 1800 level.

Unless the part was edited out, at the the end of the match, as she offered her hand, he just brushed past her and didn't even shake her hand...being handicapped is no excuse for being a dick...

I agree, but there's a chance the whole handshake thing is a really weird and painful event for him.

I know AA very well so I won't post his rating so people can guess. He tends to get frustrated when he loses, but he really is a good kid. He has excellent mobility for someone using 2 prosthetic legs.

He gets regular professional coaching and his skill level has steadily increased over the past few years.

He has played for the US team in handicapped events.
