Using more footwork and even putting your feet behind every shot can be very exhausting.

Imo multiball training would be #1 if you can do it consistently. Next would be any kind of interval training.
skipping rope running stairs sprinting Anything that pushes you to be an-aerobic.
Basically a TT match is interval in nature. High intensity for several seconds then a pause, so steady state activities like long distance running aren't ideal except to maintain base level aerobic fitness. |

Jumping rope builds stamina.
Try it until you can do 5 minutes without stopping for a break. Sounds too simple, I bet it will be awhile before you can do it. Obviously, don't do this if you have any potential physical problems. Edited by LUCKYLOOP - 04/21/2014 at 10:47am |
