Are there reviews for this rubber? Does this rubber have a tacky topsheet but softer sponge (japanese sponge)? What's the difference of this rubber to Commercial, Prov, National Neo H3s?

in China's forum, there are some reviews:
top sheet is half tacky,
sponge is very very slightly soft,
equivalent to a provincial neo.

After using two sheets of the one with the Nittaku stamp that is packaged like a NEO, I'd rather use the regular provincial NEO if I had to pick.

There's no hardness selection, and it doesn't play as well out of the package IMO. I almost always used 40 hardness for H3, the first sheet of Nittaku Neo I had played about like a 40, the second played noticeably softer. I don't like the randomized effect.

with that said, it's still very good, and more reliably available. So it's just a pro/con thing. At the end of the day, there's nothing japanese about it aside from a Nittaku sticker on the outside. It's Hurricane 3 through and through.

Nittaku does not make it but DHS makes it according to Nittaku specs and then they just slap their sticker on. Probably has a little better QC too.
