There was a Korean middle age player who uses Butterfly Raystorm on forehand and Donic Barracuda on backhand.

He is a "professional/expert/pusher".   I tried to avoid push , because he is very perfect on push.
If I go into pushing mode 10 balls.   I would typically "stucked" in that pushing contest ( which I would loose)or I would attempt to open up the game by doing backhand flip.   But my backhand flip only 40% successful.   ****Its very frustrating*****
Is there a video or technique I could watch and learn or something ?

Does he push short or long? If he pushes long you need to learn how to loop against underspin balls.

He pushes both short and long to my backhand .
When he pushes long ( its like a line drive , very heavy backspin)

I have a hard time open a backhand attack.  It usually hit the net.

take the ball on a loop late meaning loop the ball the moment it comes down and open your racket while brushing the ball

At least I got one tip, those hard line drive backspin,  I should hit at the highest point, then open brush.
I tried to brush a little "from-left-to-right".  Not sure if that is necessary.

Ideally, you would wait for a long push to your backhand that isn't too strong and then do a BH loop, which is easier and more powerful than a BH flip. However, it sounds like you're not that confident in your BH attack. So here's my alternative suggestion: push to the long diagonal to the far corner. When the push comes back to your backhand, step around for a forehand.

The idea is that pushing to the long diagonal and getting the push back gives you more time for the step around.

I like this idea better !!! I am a forehand guy.

If he does not loop FH well, push deep to far FH. It will even easier to attack return with your FH loop as you don't have to step around.

Xtra. Learn to do BH loop or Lift the balls. BH flips are not for long spinny pushes.
