What happens if I play a point and the ball hits the opponents shirt ? Can I just call that it hit his shirt or do I have to continue playing the point what can I do?

If the match is umpired and the ump does not see it, then you will be depending on the honesty of your opponent.
If the match is not umpired, again, you are relying on your opponent's willingness to concede the point.

If the umpire or opponent does not say anything, then it's point to your opponent.

No you cannot. If its an umpired match keep playing and contest it afterwards if the umpire has not called it.
If you are playing and its not umpired I would stop play and call it, and hope your opponent has good sportsman ship and concedes the point or if unsure replays the point.

Assuming your opponent even knows that it his his shirt.  Most shirts aren't skin-tight and the contact wouldn't be felt.  Further, the contact can easily happen out of the sight of your opponent.  This situation can easily lead to honest disagreements.
