Dan Seemiller was #19 in the world at some point and still plays at a 2500+ level. The blade is a Grubba All+, so nothing fancy.

Wrong. Maybe the problem is that you don't know how much things cost. Viscaria here in the UK is £104, plus postage. You can't shop around - butterfly stop you. The JRE on the other hand is £39 free shipping from Tim's. So...what's your next straw man?



you can get a viscaria in UK for 130 USD.
maybe instead of giving so much advice you should be asking for it.

Talk about what in recent times? Viscaria as must have for kids? That's not the topic.

The thing is there are many alternatives to Viscaria and T05. Besides, Viscaria is not so common and popular among the pros, with or without a good reason. No ST handle option is another issue.

it's probably the most used blade today.
if you take pro's probably 70 or 80% are using it or with different handle like boll alc and boll spirit.
why would you even bother finding an alternative to something that is already the best option?

Hmmmm, interesting.
I've been using the TBS a lot recently and I get the feeling that it behaves like a slightly faster version of the Stiga Allround-Alser series.
Maybe Wiggy should try it.Wink
