I found that rubber will get a mark whenever
hitting a new ball, and this will last a while. I used paper tower to clean but it does not work well. Do you have a tip to clean new ball? Thanks in advance for your suggestion! |

A wet towel? In a tournament are you allowed to clean the ball?

i have found too that the new material balls - if you have a smudge, it is virtually impossible (or so it seems) to remove the smudge. it just smears into the plastic and becomes part of it

I thought I was allowed to clean the ball with the end of my shirt as long as my shirt is dry. I have seen this being done in super league games. The majority of them use a blue sponge dha variant on fh. So that dust does affect their rubber topsheet much more than that of ours.
Ma long often, after the warmup, grabs the towel and taps his rubbers. Im sure its because of the dust from new ball as well. My shirt has never let me down. Are you using the xsf ball? |

Just bought a big box of Joola super p poly, and 3 boxes of
joola ipong training balls. my previous experience for opening a big box is that it takes very long time not having left any mark in rubber so wondering whether there is a good way of clean it. |

I just use water and a towel. It issn't harder then that. I think you can do it in tournament if you ask the opponent and the umpire first.
