I want know that pips rubbers are good for chopping , push , block closing the table (about 1-3 metres) on BH. I want hitting sometimes but especially for chopping near of the table.

Now I use Tibhar COS 3 and Grass D.tecs 1.2mm (played about 15x) . D.tecs too fast for me. Maybe I need more practice or buy another LP ?

TSP Curl P1-R is a good option?
Feint long 2 ?
TSP Curl P4 ?
Hellfire ?

My game is of attack on FH and defense on BH (chopping or pushing).

Do you like D.Tecs? if you like it, you may want to try the GD Talon.
How about Dr.Neubauer Allround Premium or No.1 LOLLOL

You might do better with a thinner sponge 0.5mm, or OX with the D.tecs. Spinlord Agenda or Dornenglanz 2 may also be good options for close-to-the-table chopping with occasional hitting.

GD Cropcircles OX is the best chop blocking I have used. Lot better than Talon. Dtecs is similar.

GD Cropcircles OX is the same away from the table too.

Watch Zhou Xintong, a female penholder blocker. I read she uses some 0.5mm Dawei LP, I don´t remember which now.

She uses 388d-1 ox (don't know is it taobao's 338D-1); Her strokes patterns are so unique that she was a hitting partner @ CNT (men) for a while.

Ya, no one carries GD  in Canada too; you can order GD's rubbers from tt online stores (Cole, tt-store.eu ....)

Grass Dtecs is definitely one of the better long pips for playing close to the table. Lots of variation in pace and spin and very uncomfortable for other players to play against. If you felt it was too fast just try it with a thinner sponge, you can get it in OX too but that might be too slow.

I use DTEC OX to chop from mid -distance in on an "ALL" blade....it's a versatile rubber once you get acquainted with it.

Of course, OX rubbers (generally) don't allow for much spin variation but if you a play someone who loops consistently....DTEC can be deadly.

Dornenglanz chops OK too....and is also quite versatile.
