There's also the headsize of SPW which is a lot larger than typical offensive blade and hence more weight and head-heavy compared to other blades. I'd probably try OSP Virtuoso+, it's very similar to SPW with better handle and weight balance. I have mine at 88g with T05 and MX-P and whilst heavy, there's a very good balance with just slight head-heaviness. I personally think for the rubber, boosting is the way to go compared to changing rubber. Instead of using the provincial, you can always use the commercial and then boost it. Ofc, you'll need to change rubber more often but the H3 commercial is really cheap in the first place

I could not possibly boost. its against the rules and I know this is harsh but IMO its cheating. something should be done to stop it.
I have 2 TSPW and if you sand a couple of mm off top half, I have done this to one it balances up much better. I prefer heavy blades anyway, much easier to hit hard with when the balls up. after reading a few reviews probably gonna try H8 or more likely Big dipper 40^ |

DON'T be silly. boosting is only illegal if done by an individual. does that seem JUST? Boost but don't get caught unless your kid is too young to understand the difference

no sorry its black and white for me.
I've seen mugs with bats boosted to the ends they just swing through everything. its cheating IMO. there should be a max thickness of rubbers then if anyone boosted you would know, some sort of cheap gauge then anyone with rubbers thicker than limit not allowed there is too much technology in table tennis, ruins it all levels for me really |

There is! They do check for it at ITTF events and also at higher level events in Germany for example. Players do get pulled out for thicker than allowed rubbers. |
