White boxes for Acoustic

Anyone has used tabletennis11 website?

I bought 2 Acoustic Large grip FLs and they sent me these:



I obviously expected boxes like these:


As you can see the on the box is only written "Nittaku Racket", which means that boxes are for every rackets. When I asked "Can you put the rackets back to the box? It is for birthday gift". they replied it would be in the original box. Did that mean the white one?

Anyone has an idea or experience about this? I couldn't wait to show my mother the boxes and I am more than disappointed now.
I anyway sent an email asking what happened but am not sure how they respond.

You mean I can get the wood-like box only with original Acoustic but not with large-gripped?
