I play close to the table attack......when countering and re-looping topspin my FH stroke is more of a forward motion rather than a forward and up motion and when looping backspin it's more up than forward. My question is do you think these strokes favor euro/jap rubbers or chinese rubbers all help much appreciated thanks |

Go chinese rubber if you want to go forward and upwards. I find euro rubbers are quite soft and you have to go upwards more than forwards and therefore you lose power.
When lifting chop, I find chinese rubbers can get a lot of spin on it if you go up |

Doesn't really matter as long as the rubber is spinny enough for a fast attacking game, but generally a harder sponge is better suited close up and so Chinese rubbers are preferred.

ive seen you play I would get a harder sponge euro rubber like get saviga with 44 degree sponge instead of the 40 you got from me at the tournament
