Tips on BH-FH transition |

Just interested to get some tips on improving speed of transitioning between BH and FH and vice versa...

I see 2 things a lot on the Bh to Fh transition. One is that the ready position after the backhand is too low and racket is on Bh side of elbow. Often they have good ready positions after Fh's but different one after Bh. Other one is failure to turn hips to take racket back. After a couple of Bh with no hip turn the hips lock up and then when a Fh comes it is done with arm swing.
