Hello fellow table tennis bandits.

Was interested in this Inspirit rubber unglued.

How does it compare to 729 Highpoint?  Is it faster/slower, more grippy, softer/harder?

I think it's nicer.  Highpoint has gone downhill lately.  The first batch was a lot like desto.  Not so much any more.  I think Saviga has more tensor glue effect than highpoint and inspirit at least as much.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

Yes, moreso.  Prolly cause the topsheet is a little thicker.  I kind of wish it weren't myself, but it does have it's advantages.  Better short game and more durability.

Both rubbers are very durable as I have touched the table with each while looping short serves and it only left a mark but did not tear the rubber.  I have only used them for a month but so far no drop off in performance.

That's true with better short game.

I just got Joola Tango the other day.  Highpoint has way better short game.  I was surprised because I thought tango having that nice grip to it would be more better with short game.  It surprised me how soft and springy tango was.

I really like highpoint.  I wish it just had a little more grip in the top sheet.  Then it would be superb.

I am looking for a rubber similar to highpoint, slightly harder than highpoint with a grippier top sheet.

Would inspirit be the one?
