I got one sheet of that sword rubber just to check out.  It's not "national team" or anything, but it looks just like the picture posted in another thread, minus the hokey "HK" stamp.  It was the one made for wood blades.

Quite an ugly product.  Looks a lot like the old goldway stinger used to look before tom got them to upgrade the mold.  Kind of a haystraw light red look.  Sponge is light pinkish beige.  Overall, looks a lot like a goldway product.  Sponge is marked 48 degrees hard and it feel probably 46.

Overall, I'd give it a c- visually and that's generous.  I doubt I'll cut it to try it and I'm sure I won't get any more.

Wavestone St with Illumina 1.9r, defender1.7b

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

They send me the whole sheet uncut. To be honest, I have not used the rubber sword in life before. It is just that HK gave me this sheet as a gift and i was told that this sheet  is just from a testing batch for HK team. The sheet that i have got is softer than 46 degrees. This is the same as the Globe 999 version and the Dawei 3888 which HK is testing. These are all just samples of what the manufacturers offering to Hk to use for next year competitions.

Well, hopefully what they sent HK for testing is better than what I got.  If somebody likes hard, ugly rubber I'll give them a heck of a deal on this one.
