wouldnt life be so much easier if you didnt have to change grips for bh and fh?

yes , do alot of 1to2 practice over and over for hours and hours after your done it wont feeel l ike CHANGE

Yes, that's why I invested the time to learn to hit without changing grips. It's uncomfortable at first, but after a while you get used to it. The choice is up to you.

Hi, I agree with Budric. When I play shakehand, I do not have to change grips, and while it can be uncomfortable, you get used to it.

its not rlly a change in grip, but a little shake of the handle to get accustomed to different shots, well thats what i do, look at kreanga hes well known to do that, chuan chi yuan and waldner.

Your not supposed to have to change grip at all with shakehand. The ways it's set up, the thumb supports backhand shots while the index finger supports for fh shots.

it depends on how u play, u change grip based on comfort and right angle for ur shots.

Eh I don't agree with that. You should be able to do anything with a proper shakehand grip.

some of pro's change their grip...
there's nothing wrong with changing grips...

ok its personal preference, if u can make ur shots good without changing grip, fine. but like i change grips for pushing to get the right angle with out goin crazy with my wrist
