I bought one H3 National for 55USD from TTnPP and I put two layers Blue Whale glue on it. The test result is: it is not better than Neo H3 Provential.

Any H3 is playable without boosters. Neo versions are bit faster, but still quite slow. As far as i know all National version come factory UNTUNED, so i never heard of any NAT NEO version; IM0 it´s a must to boost them if you want to get decent speed&power.

By the way where do you get prov versions?

There´s no way to get any H3 prov NEO nor TG3/H3 BS....

This is what H3 National Neo package looks like. No difference to normal Neo except the National sticker in Chinese.

I know two players that successfully use old school H3 (non-NEO version and not tuned/boosted) on their forehands.  They use it on fast blades.  One uses Stiga Ebenholz VII (~2000 rating) and the other uses Nittaku Noveliar (~2200 rated).  So there are options without boosting.  Maybe consider BWII as well.

Better buy a H3Neo commercial and in 2 months it will play like the  H3N for $55. Now I cannot tell which is which.

Nah, H3 National isn't extremely better that Provincial H3. It's just what the CNT gets but at our level, the difference is SO small, u can't really notice it. Prov is really the best deal & not expensive.
Right now I'm playing with a H3 prov (I don't use Neo's anymore) that has been boosted with dianchi but it's been 3 months now, and it plays great.
What happened to me a few times is that when I boost, the sponge expands with the top sheet, and then the whole thing becomes harder than when I got it ! :(

h3 provincial is the best value. dont even mess with commercial even if you boost it properly. national is noticeably better than provincial but not enough for a majority of players

Just buy Haifu whale factory tuned, it works as well as h3 neo provincial and it cost  1/2 price of neo provincial. :-)

As far as i know Lining is reducing the production and  the price of neo provincial sky rocketed  from 170rmd to about 230-250rmb.... ouch!!!!

+1
At least they make difference.

The biggest difference however is Gold Arc 3. I'd better buy it than H3N. And one more very important thing: There are no Gold Arc fakes.

I can certainly confirm that. I play a H3 with the somewhat softer Nr 19 sponge and its not slow on my extremely fast clipper(build traditionally with hide glue, not the modern crap). Addtionally I use Revolution Nr. 3 glue, 2 layers on the blade, 4 on the rubber, its the 1st water based glue which creates speed glue effect.

I have never used speedglue myself, since I started to play tt only at 2010 after the ban. So I allway sused water based glues. But I was told by other players who are familar with the old VOC glue that the speed glue effect is noticable, more spin, more speed. They say its not that much but quite good.

Well I can speak for myself though and noticed quite more spin and speed on my H3. Its such a "dead" sponge as many would say, one can feel the difference quite a bit. Throw has become lower(still medium high, compared to very high before), spin and speed are better, one can feel more catapult. What is also very nice about that glue is , one can remove any water based glue , even from very sensitive sponges without doing damage by applying just one layer of Rev. Nr. 3

Removing Revolution Nr. 3 itself is even easier and works often in once piece, its quite flexible. For me its the bets glue on the market and I tested a few.

So far though its seems only available in Germany.

Rev. Nr. 3 is more flexible and not that dangerous to blades without sealing or sensitive sponges when removing it.

It says on the bottle, the speedglue effect starts to take more effect after 3 days, can confirm that, between day 1 and 4 noticeable difference. I have been using the glue only for a few days so cant say how long it lasts. Another player who trains 15 hours (multiball, system training, matches) says one can well feel the effect for 6 weeks, but he used only 5 layers in total.

I train 10-15 hours myself, I see how long it lasts and update the thread in 2 months I guess.

I had a similar problem with Tttnpp.  It's almost like they run out of stock and then hold your order (and money Angry) while they await new stock.  Once you've forgotten that you've ordered it will show up at your door.

Unfortunately for your situation, I was ordering backup sheets of Thor's or Shark II soft so I was not out much cash nor did it affect my play as I was okay to wait...  Pinch
