When using inverted rubbers what's the advantage of having a heavy vs light paddle if any ?

Heavier tends to vibrate less, have less flex and more powerful.

Ah...another Aunt Flo thread, and Uncle Nut would have told you that a paddle doesn't generate power unless you burn it. Until Kiddo Bright points out that a piece of denser and hence heavier wood would burn longer than one of the same volume but not as dense and produce more heat energy which in turn means more power.
