Remember that there is a tolerance from the published weight from the manufacturer. If they give you a certain figure (e.g. 85 grams), there will be at least 10 grams variants. If they give you a range of weight (e.g. 80 - 90 grams), there is a chance that you can get a few grams less than the lowest figure (e.g.78 grams).

I dont mean to contradict you firetack but tennis elbow is a tendon and ligament affliction, not a muscle problem (I only say this from experience).
I am going through it myself right now. It has put an end to my tennis playing(competition wise) days.
The good thing is that you may have to change a little bit of your loop form to ease the pain a bit. The major pain comes from the restriction of the ball hitting the racket(of course it is worse with the tennis ball weighing more than a 40 mm TT ball.
I wish you luck fraser, and use lots of ice and Ibuprofen.

using an anatomic handle will open out your fingers so you are not gripping as tightly as with flared, similarly putting grip around a flared handle will do the same.this may ease your tennis elbow but toget rid of it you need complete rest.i recently had this problem, rested for two months now i use a light blade and no hollowed out handle and so far no pain,i also have a stretching out ritual of the arm prior to playing which i feel is essential to prevent reoccurance of injury ,it is not just ligament inflammation but also a sore forearmlastly make sure your blade is not head heavy.

Fraser, might ask on the form, now,see you mate.
