Download RTMPDumpHelper.
Download the Windows build of RTMPDump toolkit, and extract all files into the same folder you created for  RTMPDumpHelper.
and download and install the favorite for all Internet Download Manager.

Open RTMPDumpHelper.exe, NOW go to ITTF.com/itTV and from the left chose a match u wanna download it, and open it in a new tap, then u will see IDM pop-up above the video.

	Thanks for the guide. I'm used to download videos with savemedia. https://savemedia.com/ It supports downloading videos from hundreds of video sites. And this tool is also a useful one:http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/savemedia-alternative.html It can deal with 4k/8k videos, which is a good feature for me as I like to play those videos but sometimes there is no net connection.
