matsudaira is born 1991, i know him quite well haha, he told me he trainned in hebei china for 3 years ...must of when he was young. he can speak a little bit of chinese, as most japanese go to china to train haha

you know the iitv or whatever that is...thers a match oya hidetoshi vs xu ke any possibilities u could tape that please? they say its a really good match thanks!!!^^

There is a nice article about him in the latest issue of Takkyu Okoku from Japan. There is also sequence photos of his unique service. He uses a Timo Boll Spirit with Sriver on both sides.

Here's the second image of Matsudaira's forehand squat down serve using the foreside of the racket. Parts of the text that I could understand basically said that Matsudaira can control the depth and the amount of spin and he can easily switch between using the foreside or the backside of his racket.
