What is the most common/popular/widely used CPEN and JPEN combination of Blade and Rubber?

For j-pen I believe it's Cypress S + Sriver/Bryce. Senkoh 5 is also very popular. For c-pen I don't know maybe Stiga Clipper?!

Cypress MAX is very popular here in Japan. They usually use it with fast rubbers such as Bryce Speed, Tenergy 05 or Pryde.
