Guys, I ordered a blade from them. I wrote at least two mails to them in the last three days. There is no reply. Is there a order tracking section on their site?

Usually after you place the order they will send an e-mail with tracking number so you can follow the consignment.
Did you send the mails to M/s Suzuki ? |

I placed the order on April 1 st. I have not received a tracking number until now.
Suzuki might have thought I'm not handsome

Seriously, better e-mail her again, because soon after you placed the order (with number of credit card etc), you should get the confirmation e-mail from iruiru latest the next day. If you don't get the confirmation order, then I think your order is not yet confirmed. Or is it April fool ? |

Iruiru always writes, sometimes there is a delay, I also agree that it might be only one person (Ms. Suzuki) handling all correspondence.
Just be patient and before you know it you'll be a notification that the blade has shipped. When that happens, it only takes a day or two for the blade to arrive (EMS transports deliveries via hovercraft) |
