U18 Boys, for athletes born in year 1994 and after

U18 Girls, for athletes born in year 1994 and after

U15 Boys, for athletes born in year 1997 and after

U15 Girls, for athletes born in year 1997 and after

U13 Boys, for athletes born in year 1999 and after

U13 Girls, for athletes born in year 1999 and after

U11 Boys, for athletes born in year 2001 and after

U11 Girls, for athletes born in year 2001 and after

All events are single except ones marked *

Player has to be Ontario resident (Canadian citizen or landed

immigrant)

Valid OTTA membership is mandatory.

5. Referee:

To be decided by Jeff Wong (OTTA Officials Chair)

6. Entry fee:

One event 30$,

Every other 20$ more

For ones that select only U11 categories 20$

Entry form must accompany cheque payable to OTTA and send to:

7. Deadlines:

May 15^th, 2012

If submitted late (but not after May 17^th) subject to 5$ late fees

8. Cancelations

They are possible till the deadline (May 15^th ). After that entry fees will not be reimbursed.

8. Format of play:

All events are going to be organized in two stages:

Stage 1:  groups with round-robin of 3, or 4 players

Stage 2: knock-out

All events will be played in best of 5 matches except Open Singles and U18. Those events will be played in best of 7 matches from quarter finals.

9.  Seeding list:

According to last rating list available one week before tournament.

10. Awards

Winner, runner-up and two semi-finalists are receiving medals.
