LOLDear Coaches and Players.
I  need your help.
My ball does not have spin and power. How can I spin the ball and have power on the ball.  How can I improve my table tennis skills?

Get some spinny rubbers for a spin on the ball and a speedy one for speed

I would suggest Joola Mambo H or Stiga Almana Sound, they both have amazeingly good spin and speed

I use my fore hand Joola Mambo H red 2.1. Nittaku Narvcross in my back hand. I think my paddle is pretty good.

its more on the technique chim, try brushing the ball more and practice with constant brushing while increasing your snapping speed and arm movement, the key is practice

Faster racquet speed through more weight transfer and body rotation.

Brush the ball more for more spin.  A good way to be able to hit harder and faster is to hit the ball at it's peak, that way you can hit hard AND spinny.
