I was wondering how this rubber is compared to TG3? Any opinions or reviews will be appreciated.

i am not sure about the weight, but i think 999 is perfect for looping all types of shots. i find it a little hard to loop underspins with the tg series. if you want to kill an underspin, then you should go for a 999 nat. cause it's much easier to loop with. i have to say that 999 nat. is bouncier than the tg series.

i don't think there's any rubber that would outbeat the quality of 999 nat. even a regular 999 plays better than a H3.

black is a fair bit more tacky... red is only mildly tacky.

oh ok how would you compare it weight wise to say ( trying to think of a rubber that is simaler) cream transend or skyline 3

The sponge is quite dense, making it quite heavy, but this is probably what makes it unique. It's heavier than cream trans, not sure about skyline 3. I personally don't like heavier rubbers either, but I can't get the same feel with other sponges, so that's the price I pay...

You might have already answered this, but how does this rubber compare to a commercial version of H3?

Does this rubber glue up well? Does it react better than H3?

Thanks

Would g999Nat red have better control for use on b/hand than black, considering i play over/close to the table?

i think they have both the same speed and control ideally with only a little bit of difference on the spin favoring the black one.. i weighed the 999 black national against the tg3 and its heavier by 5 grams
