From my order (december 2006) they don`t send me an blade. They don`t answer to mails (wend they answer they sed that they send the blade but can`t proove that). Wend i try to put an testimonials on the site i notice they reed it before and put on the site only the messages with good feed back.
Somebody had similar problems? What you did in the situations like this? |

I don`t beleive you, if this is real they can proove with the belgian post office paper form . I think if they see i am from Romania they can do things like that.Anyway they admit the fact that they don`t send to me the blade in the box from the original order. |

I am currently having similar problem with Dandoy.
I ordered 2 blades and 8 rubbers
2 weeks later they send me an email saying they have sent my order two days ago because they had to wait for something to come in stock and it has now been sent, but never told me after I had placed the order.
Then my order arrives late last week and there is a rubber missing, i sent an email. No reply. I call Dandoy and they say that they know they did not send it, it is out of stock and they wont have any in stock until end of next week. All of this at expense of an international call.
As I said to Dandoy first time its not that the item was out of stock that was frustrating, it was the lack of communication.
I have ordered from Dandoy once before and found there service good, am seriously considering not ordering from them again for the hassle.
I'll now get off my high horse...

I ordered my Clima cool TT from them 2 years back and they seems alright but I have to call them to chase after it. And since I don't speak frence well and they don't speak english well, so I decided to stop ordering from them.

20 days ago I ordered a Stiga energy glue (I ordered It before with no problem) and asked the tracking number, but they didn't reply my email with tracking number... I'm starting to worry about my glue...

Hi, Im from Argentina. I ordered two rubbers and a week after i receive and email that says that the order was send. I asked for the tracking number and two weeks after i receive another email that says that he not received this info yet. WHAT A STUPID LIE. MY CC WAS CHARGED. DANDOY IS PROBABLY STOLEN OUR MONEY. |

If you pay it by CC, you can dispute it if you don't get anything. I emailed them saying I will hold the CC payment if I don't receive the stuff. Then they replied quickly.

The price
is good but I think ill go back to Table Tennis Direct, much better service

I had an order recently - 2 blades, both arrived safely. They must be overworked / undermanned, and so mistakes are made in the order. Best to order just a few things - take advantage of sales, and their cheap blade / rubber shipping. Keep the order simple. In the limit, order just one item; if it is omitted, what you'll get is an empty box which is unmistakable. |

In my experience (1 week ago) I purchased a Stiga Blade from Dandoy, which arrived in 10 days. However the handle was Legend although I ordered Master. And one more thing, I requested varnishing, and the blade was not varnished. I complained about this with an email but never received any reply.

I've ordered from Dandoy a couple of times and on each occasion delivery has been quick and I have received what I ordered. No complaints here.

I invited Rubber and shoes 3 weeks ago. It have not arrived yet. I hope it will be all right and right things. I talked with dandoy - He sounds Nice and polite.

I always buy from iruiru. They are giving excellent service, and they give you reply to your message very fast. I don't mind paying a bit more as long as I am sure that I will get what I buy.

dandoy has excellent service, a little slower than iruiru but at a significantly lower cost (shipping that is).

| Don't know why people don't care the image. People liked to buy from dandoy. It already built a reputation, now it is destroying the reputation. Same thing with a Chinese website. I used to buy a lot from that website. Now its delivery getting slow, don't response email, the worst thing is selling fake rubber. So sad. |

Hi guys,
I found out that not only me who got problem with Dandoy.
I used to order from Dandoy and it was fine.
I put an order for Stiga blade since last March, and I just got the blade 3 days ago (relieved!).
They were lack in communication and they said out of stock. I kept emailing Romain

I am not worry any more Evrything is all right now.
And Romain was also very polite and responding.
The reason that i did not get it in time was my fault - I did not wrote my home and flat number - so my post office here just did not find me and sent it back. And I figured it out only today
When I talked to Romain he was very nice - He sends it to me again when he recieves it back - and It was not his fault
So I have nothing to complain - He was all right
Mabe all you talking about is true - I did not have such a long expirience - but he is nice. He reply very fast to me. and his prices are low

I have ordered from dandoy many times...Mainly powersponges and accessories. The prices have always been excellent and the shipping is very little...and the trade off is slow shipping. So if you want to save money...they are very good. Butterflyonline has always had horribly slow shipping for me and I live 2 hours away from their distribution facility :-P I have used presports also but dandoy prices have been better of late. I have also place my first order with iruiru this week...I must say the shipping is amazingly fast...tracking shows my blade is already in my city. They appear to be much faster than butterfly online...but shipping was 2100 yen (blade + two rubbers) |

Don't buy your glues from tt-shops. It's totaly against the international lows for shipments. If anything happens to the parcel then you must face court. I am talking now for airmail. Only if the shop uses special shpipments under specific requirements, there isn't risk. As for the web tt shops, now. Two years ago i ordered an Andro super core kinetic all+ from German online shop. They sent the blade only the blades weighted 110 gramms instead of the 85-90 grams. I contacted with them i told them that and they replied : give as the half value and we will send you a new one and you can keep the first. Other time i've ordered rubbers and they are too old. These risks exist with internet trading. Here i have to say that i didn't have ever problem with iruiru and with Cole. ------------- e-pingpongshop |

No. I have ordered many times with iruiru, cole and megasping and im never had a problem with the local post. Dandoy refuses to give a tracking number and don't answer my emails. |

one year and more ago iruiru tried to give to the customers and second option for shipments with untracking numbers for cheaper delivery. They kept it only for a month and they explained that they couldn't deal with untracking parcel and was very natural with cheap way that they couldn't comtrol the procedure ------------- e-pingpongshop |

I have got my order from dandoy. This time, when my addres was written right, it took 7 days to arrive to Israel.
Not immediately, but for me, it is good enough.
It is never the situation when you order through the internet , that you need somthing from today to tomorrow(in these cases you should go directly to the shop). So it does not make me any big difference that it takes 7 days, and not 5. the only thing important to know is how long it takes approximately - to be ready. And also, that you will get the things you invited :) . So I can say I got good service in Dandoy.
I think to order from there now stiga rubber, the new line they did.
Tthe only pity - Stiga did not made speed glue effect for Magna (my favorite rubber from Stiga)
