how  can  you  know  if  a  blade  has  a  big  or  small  sweatspot.

try it out or look for reviews. usually there are quite alot here

i don't think that the sweet spot is so important!
 
For me the general feedback is more important then the size of the sweet spot.

Bounce a ball on the bare blade...see how different it sounds/feels as you boucnh it further from the centre... Blades with reinforcement layers (like carbon) tend to have bigger sweetspots...

no its the area where the blade is at maximum level of performance
control and consistent feel

that is really hard to tell?? i mean how can you know where you hit good shots with on the blade?

you should always be aiming to use the center of the bat for all shots taken during the rally for service you should either use the tip of the bat (for heavy spin) ot the base of the bat by the handle for little of no spin (float ball)

all shot during the rally should start at one side of the center of the bat and finish at the other so as to generate the maximum amount of top or back spin

Yeah, the fastest part of the blade is actually out toward the tip a bit, which is not necessarily the sweet spot. It's just faster because the blade is traveling faster toward the tip as you swing, and because the blade flexes more out there. But it's harder to control at that spot.
