Sorry if this has been addressed before, but since it looks like even CTE tuning will be out of the question, I'd like to get some ideas on what I can use to replace my current H3 Provincial for the FH.

It definitely needs to have a tacky topsheet and a high throw. It can be a little softer than tuned H3 but not too springy. Speed is not quite as important. I need the most help looping heavy backspin. Thanks!

I know he does he special treatments, but I'm looking for something which isn't tuned, no added oils, etc. Plain out of the package if possible. Thanks.

Actually funny thing....I've tried enough tensors to be able to say that, chinese rubbers simply can't be matched by any tensor.

In terms of gears:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th
Chinese - slow, medium, fast, fast
Jap - medium-slow, medium-fast, fast, very fast
German tensor- fast, fast, fast, fast

And I've recently tried Chinese stuff again and remembered why it was so good. I think we have to wait until the Chinese figure out how to make tensor sponge, then we may have the best of both worlds

They don't have to, they have  got the SKITT.  It is rridiculously fast!! with a tacky topsheet. ginko and penquin have tested it.

Skitt is a new chinese brand, not the DONIC SKITT!!. The model is SKITT REDSTORM FAST A3. This rubber is approved by ITTF and it is not on the market yet. It is internal use for  the HK team.

Aren't you tired of saying the same thing over and over again?
It's not helpful for anyone to talk about a rubber that is available only for a few people.

I do get tired of explaining this type of question. It is also harder for me to get the rubber as well. Ouch

@Thot: at least we EJ are being informed of such products. We have to gather these small pieces of hope like acorns to sustain through the cold, painful months where we have no money to try stuff.

@JRSDallas: those rubbers mentioned plays nothing like tensor sponges, they feel like Japanese stuff AT BEST.

@Skyline: I've heard of this combo also, but many claim it stills need tuning
