So what do you think is the best allwood 7 Ply? I read praises about Clipper (very popular, many variants), Avalox P700, Nittaku Ludeack etc. Planning to get one of them but never had the chance to play other than some couple of minutes. Brief reviews will be great.

clipper wood, u could get 1 for around 35.00 bucks, dirt cheap. Nittaku Septear, 7 ply hinoki is also pretty decent, less than 50.00 bucks. Avalox bt 777, p700 r okay as per lotta users' recommendations here, around the price of Septear.

FYI, stiga clipper, nittaku ludeak, donic baum carrera senso, persson powerspeed, avalox p700, yasaka gatien max wood are ALL CLIPPER WOODS.. just with diff. handles.. check out the blade construction and the pliy thickness they are all the same regardless of the color.. the handle gives a bit of a diff. feel for each blade but its minimal

The Max Wood is slightly faster than the clipper - same as a BT777.
