What short pips should be used for forehand no RPB setup? What does He Zhiwen use? I play close to table hoping to change to a counter smashing game

I'll ask the question here:
Whats the difference between the normal 802 and 802-40 and the mystery I and II versions?

802 is more for hitting, much like HeZhi does! 802-40 is a much more spinny pip great for serves and looping. I heard it is the closest pips to inverted, but since its more like inverted, it is probably more susceptible to incoming spin.

Have you tried it yourself? How was it? Can you loop? Serve? Hit any spin?

Yea but basically do you want to loop or smash, If so then 802-40 for loop and 802/ 802-1 for smash~

802-40 can counter any spin right?

I think since it is more like inverted, it is more affected by spin, but it prolly can counter spin well~

question: how come the speed of most short pips is rated lower than pips in rubbers... but in reality and since I have played with a number of short pips player... i feel that they are much faster than pips in...
high speed but of course not high spin....

how about a short pips setup for RBH?
anyone tried that?

He Zhi Wen uses them over a TSP sponge though. Not over the original sponge..
