Have anyone tested this rubber yet?

How soft is it compared to T05 and T64?

T25 has the hardest topsheet. Sponge is tha same.
speed: 64>05>=25
spin: 05=25>64
arc: 05>64>=25
hardness: T:25>T05>T64

The pip structure on T25 is crazy huge. The ball doesn't sink in as much, it's a rocket of a rubber but requires more work to get spin out of it. This is a good rubber if you like to play at the table, the throw angle is the lowest with T25 out of the others in the tenergy family, from mid distance you really have to be conscious of your stroke or else you'll put it in the net a lot.
