Huh, so I'm guessing that it's not VOC free booster, eh? Where'd you get it from?

supposedly it is voc-free....
high smell and voc are not necessarily tied together.
I bought it from www.ttnpp.com

so I tried it on a neo h3....
the effect is good, more spin and speed is increased.
similar effect to speed glueing.
what I didn't like is that it is like water, not like a cream.
so once you put it on the sponge it is almost imposible to spread it..
the bottle has a spray so to cover all the sponge you need to spray 4/5 times.
the smell is amazingly high.

Huh, interestings... but how did you get it? Is there some special method to order it from them, it doesnt bring up the page for me.

I guess the guy just ran out of intensifiers....
or send him a mail, maybe he can get more.
