3 ply from yinhe?? i think its called 3A if it is 3 ply or maybe the 5A

TSP Hinoki Break-9 is a great thin 9-ply, hard to find though.

I know Butterfly made hinoki blades in 8.5mm with their senkoh 85 blades and I don't think that was kiso hinoki. I've not seen thinner than 8.5 either. I think anything thinner will likely produce too much vibration too. Juic also make a kiso hinoki at 8.5mm.
