Hello all please i need your advice. I use to play with stiga ebe v and i was very happy with my blade. A few months now i start to use plastic balls.And now i feel that i need new blade because i fell that my blade with new plastic balls lack of kick and power. I have some blades in my mind like 1) xiom vega pro 2) stiga clipper cr (but i cant find it lower than 90 gr) any other option for blade? Please dont suggest me butterfly blades. thank you

I suggest dumbell curls to help build bicep strength and arm speed. Make sure you work the triceps as well to maintain balance and avoid injury. Wturber has a great point. I have seen noticable difference in my backhand loops past 5 ft off the table. Doing triangle pushups and elevated regular pushups both benefited me greatly and continue to do so. -------------  "I do not have any idols. Not a question of blades ...but a question of rubbers and also a question of brands for the balls. BTY 40+, Stiga optimum 40+ balls for instance, "relatively" close to the celluloid balls, Some other brands make really strange balls....like DHS for instance. ------------- Def play grey grip 94gr, Venus 2 blue 2,2, Neubauer KO extreme 1,3mm |

now i play with airoc m on fh and airoc s on my backhand in 1.9 both sides. The plastic balls that i use is yasaka 3 stars.

How do you think Airoc is working with the new ball compared to the old one?

Airoc is much better with new balls than the older.But i think airoc is not fast rubber, maybe that the reason stiga release new airoc astro. I will give a try to ebe v with faster rubbers and will see..... Also i will follow your advice to be more fit. |

yes airoc is good rubber with a lot of spin. airoc astro i think will be out in the market in May .
