For the type of anti you want to try (I assume it is the Dr. N Grizzly-ABS sponge) I would suggest a stiff blade; generally carbon blades work well. This will give you the best spin reversal and disruptive effect. I personally really like the Dr. Neubauer Hercules blade, other people also like YinHe T-7 and T-6 a lot with slick anti.
