I'm guessing that EL-S and FX-S are medium and soft sponged versions of Evo MX-S, which has been out for a while now. I also guess that -P is "power" and -S is "spin", but regardless I'm sure it's just marketing nonsense as usual.

Interesting. The key difference between mxp and mxs is overall hardness. I don't remember whether it was due to topsheet or sponge hardness though. I'm wondering if FX-S will be softer or harder than FX-P and how it will affect the weight.
2 MX-Ps felt heavy for me so I decided to try FX-P but now comes FX-S! What's the release date for these rubbers?

It's all a bit misleading IMO, but no worse than any other ESN supplier does. MX-S had a different sponge, different topsheet, different tuning to MX-P. Not just a variation on MX-P, but Tibhar just slots it in to their line-up as they see fit. It's even hard to be sure that EL-S and FX-S will just be softer sponged versions of MX-S yet. Best to wait for an early yogi review!
Not sure of the release date, I've only seen the packaging on some tibhar marketing images. They're not even on the LARC yet.

RACKETS ALL OF PLASTIC ??
Hong Kong TT Association just submitted a proposal for the ITTF AGM oncoming April 2016
-- That non-wooden materials should be employed for making blades without any restrictions.
Alumimium paddles to generate hipersonyc speedy shots. With the unvoiced intention by all the "unhappy" Nations of winning chinese players without much physical exertions. Obviously, to shake Chinese superiority down is what the proposal factually aimed for.

@igorponger: if you want to start another conspiracy on table tennis related to CNT, feel free to start your own thread, this is a new equipment thread for 2016 new releases. You can interpret the proposal all you want in your own thread.

ITTF tell us to use slower ball, and someone try to bring up faster blade to hit the slower ball.

Part of the issue is definitely the balance of the Stratus blade, but I would say it is worth trying EL-P in max or 2.0mm or MX-P in 2.0mm if you couldn't handle the weight of max MX-P. I had similar issues with Max MX-S.

I switched to H3-50 in 2.1 with one layer of FTL and FX-P 2.0 not boosted. Much better since both rubbers are in medium-heavy range.

Sweden's former world champion, J.O. Waldner. Performance he was most asked to rubber which has been in the hands a number of glory. It was control. And, the balance of speed and spin is not collapse.
"J.O. Waldner Legend" is to protect the faithful to its intention, was matched to modern table tennis at a slightly softer sponge. Control is spun, genealogy of the legend is universal. It's a classic rubber made in Japan.

DHS have given Fang Bo his own signature blade:
Posted By: qualizon
Date Posted: 03/29/2016 at 10:57pm
Yea, DHS will have 2 Fang Bo blades (B1 & B2)
1) B1 will be an all wood 7 layers blade showing in AndySmith's post. It has similar structure as the 506, but with a harder koto surface.
2) B2 will be an inner ALC structure blade just like Hurricane Long 5, however the thickness and hardness will be slightly different, and it'll be more suited to the liking of Fang Bo
B2 will look like this:

Got word that the stiga genesis rubber will be a high level rubber. If it is made in china for the topsheet and maybe has an airoc sponge, it would be something to look forward to. Mantra will be coming out too so 2 rubbers series from stiga.

This is also being confirmed by the Table Tennis World magazine (April issue), that lower density textreme will be used (100g/m2 in 145/190, while 62g/m2 in 45/90).

S and JP are still porous sponges, but smaller pores than P or M. Just so people don't expect solid sponges from olden times.

They do look similar, have similar prices etc. The Ov True Carbon is another one which might be from the same source.

Yeah, the WC89 are SoulSpin, as is the Ovtcharov Feat. The Crest blades most likely aren't. Hard to say about the True Carbon, but Donic are helpful in being clear on their "Made in Germany" blades, so if they don't push that for the True Carbon (when it's available in June) then I would hedge my bets on it being made elsewhere.
If it's as good in terms of quality and feel as the Crests (which are far better made than the Baum, for example), it should be a top blade for €80 and a cheaper (and market available) option for all the overpriced, market restricted Butterfly ALC variants. It would be nice to get more info though - head size, thickness, etc.
