How come we dont have even one elementary school like this in USA.

One of the reasons is - that kind of school is usually mainly about table tennis; education often takes a back seat. At least officially that would never fly in the US.

But the main reason I guess would be cultural/traditional - I could imagine a school like that in the US doing maybe soccer, tennis or even chess in such a way, but not table tennis.
