It pretty good, but I think i can find something better. Ive recently been playing with Sanwei Pro V5. Its pretty good, but i cant stand the sound. I ordered a Zetro Quad 3 weeks ago, but the straight handle is on backorder. I think im going to cancel and try something else. A loppers blade and a Sp hitters blade have different characteristics... You have to compromise somewhere... I agree with those people. None carbon/arylate-carbon blade is so good to attack with SP as 7-ply blades. I´ve tried Kong Linghui SP, Primorac Carbon and Schlager with short pips and they are not good as Clipper, Persson Powerplay or even DHS Power G9. |

What you need is the M.I.T Double Day Yaliant ZLC/ALC. Koto+ZLC on the FH side, Soft-Angiere + ALC on the other side. Plays very good for attack with SP on the soft-side and loops very well if you use a Chinese rubber on the FH. |

I play a similar style (short/long pips on the forehand and invert on backhand). For me, I play more backhand oriented so I always make sure the blade fits my backhand game, since I win a lot of my points there. If you're the same way, you might try doing something similar. I love the garaydia zlc and alc for that style. Nice thick, solid blades )7mm) with enough softness to do great loops with. I used to use the timo boll w7, ebenholz 7, and a number of other 7 ply woods.

I don't play with short pips, but the dual SP player (BTY Flarestorm?) I play regularly uses the Schlager Carbon. Of the myriad blades he owns (ranging from old Juic Nebulae, to classic Stiga Super Carbons, to assorted stiff/fast blades like the clipper) the combo ignores my incoming spin (from service, from spin-loops, from chops or heavy pushes) more than any other blade. Although Flarestorm is spinny for an SP (when engaging the sponge?) the Schlager suits his two winged push and pick hit game best. It's frustrating for me, because if he uses any other blade in his collection, I can win. Schlager Carbon might be a bit much. These aren't exactly the blade I
was asking for, but does anyone have experience with Photino Light or
Innerforce ZLC? Would these be suitable for short pips hitting? A sub
$200 blade is something I would feel comfortable with. Anything more
expensive than that and I would cringe every time I hit the table or
