So i had always believed that my Timo Boll ALC's FL handle was on the smaller size, i m 6ft tall and I think have decently large hands, so i finally decided that i needed a bigger handle so i can stop death gripping my racket, to keep it from flying away.

I looked at a bunch of handles that charlie showed me, and I settled on what he calls a tapered handle, this is an FL handle, that does not narrow out as drastically when it moves up.

I couldn't be more happier with my new handle, you can look at the pictures below, this is by far the most comfortable handle i have ever used. I have also put pictures of me holding the viscaria for comparison. This handle is larger than that of a viscaria.

Material : American walnut

The most important improvement i see is that i can now effortlessly alternate between backhand and forehand strokes. And my hand speed has noticeably gone up, as its much more relaxed while holding the racket.

Also charlie was able to keep the weight and balance of the racket totally unchanged, in fact i m considering getting my viscaria's handle replaced and have it be more even balanced vs being head heavy.

I highly recommend charlie's handles, especially for players who feel that the factory handle is too small, and don't want to go through the hassle of wrapping grip tape, which i personally am not a fan of.

Charlie is very good at customizing handles.

I sent him pictures and dimensions of a handle that I liked and he made my handle exactly the way I wanted it.
