Apologies if they are dumb questions, but my searches haven't been helpful.

Q1.  If I buy a new blade and seal it, do I have to seal the blade every time I re - glue, or does it only need to be sealed once, and never again for the life of the blade?

Q2.  If the blade comes pre - sealed from factory, does the answer to Q1 change?

Q3.  If the blade comes pre - sealed from factory, is there harm in sealing the blade again?

Q4.  Does sealing change the performance of the blade?  I'd imagine it's faster since it's more rigid from the sealant.

Q4.  Unrelated question, but how well is Megaspin's assembly done on blades / rubber gluing?  I figure it's better than DIY since I've never done it.

Thank you for answering any / all the questions.

No, only once
No
Probably not but why bother
Not so you'd notice
Better than you doing it first time

Hey Young Dude. Here are my experiences,

A1.  Depends on the wood grain.  For example, I find I have to seal Stiga and DHS blades more often. Other brands maybe seal every 3 times of rubber replacement

A2.  Again, depends.  See A1

A3.  No real harm. Pre-sealed from factory is very very thin coat.

A4. If you seal multi-layers before putting rubber on, yes.  But you may not know any difference.

A4.  Very well
