I used to play with high end 1 ply Hinoki blade which is butterfly custom made KTS. They are higher grade wood than regular KTS red, Blue and max. Sadly, custom made blades are discontinued. So I need replacement. I checked some new version such as Ryu seung min they are not good. |

600 * 2/7 = 170 the price I found for Ariex custom-made is 230~250$ depends on the FX rate. How can I save the 60$? I would buy KTS immediately if it's in $400 range. For $600, I would buy an iphone.

Hi, although I agree that either the Red or Blue label KTS is considered the holy grail of Butterfly jpens, if you were to actually play with it, you may be better off with the RSM G-Max instead. I owned a Red Label and Blue Label KTS before, while they were good, neither were as explosive as the RSM G-Max. The weight was a bit factor for me. I ended up selling them around my purchase price, and settled on the RSM G-Max. Good luck trying to find 20 year old blades still new. Last new KTS reds I saw available were the Chinese market ones and the only blades left weighed close to 80 grams and that was a long time ago. I see that there are a few new/unused ones available on Chinese market for $2000+. but keep in mind that there's some small risk, I'd say 10%, that it could be fake. I was seriously considering to buy one as well, but this small chance shot the idea down. it's just no longer the time to buy KTS. Still it's a personal choice. I never know whether the post I replied to is from a billionaire or not. In that case, my suggestion is to buy the butterfly company and ask them make as many as you like  ------------- EJ-turned blade collector |

The Chinese red label blades are not the original. They have a serial number and a different model number. They are real butterfly products just not exactly what most think they are. ------------- OSP Expert II w DNA Dragon Grip |

The lucky owner who bought the KTS XO and KTS Prime blue from Jpenmaster must be damn lucky to own the blades. According to a freind the Korean version KTS is not available until further noticed... Good luck to those looking for the Korea KTS blades. |
