Yes it has PG-3 handle, just like Malong's previous blade 506 with PG-3 Handle. Shangkun use it during China Super League last year. Finaly received my C09, Pictures are updated in the first post. There's a difference between C09 and W968 at the composite structure, The C09 has less carbon more Kevlar while W968 has less Kevlar more carbon.
